Steve Malcolm

Steven J. Malcolm was named chairman of Williams in May 2002, CEO in January 2002 and president and chief operating officer of Williams in September 2001. In 1998, he was named president and CEO of Williams Energy Services. Malcolm was named senior vice president and general manager of Midstream Gas & Liquids for Williams Energy Services in 1996. Malcolm serves on the boards of the YMCA of Greater Tulsa, St. John Medical Center, University of Tulsa Board of Trustees, Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Commission for Community and Justice, Tulsa Educare and is a trustee for Missouri University of Science and Technology. He also serves on the University of Tulsa Building & Grounds and Athletic Committees, the board of the Oklahoma Business and Education Coalition and is a former board member of the Gas Processors Association, the Tulsa Community Foundation and the Tulsa Area United Way.
